If I need to contact Eco Structures what should I do?

1) How much do your Eco products cost?

Answer:
Each product is priced differently and there is a range of options available. On the PRICING page you will see entry level prices for our products. If you wish to make a further inquiry you can contact our Help Desk or complete a quote submission form found under ENQUIRIES. Prompt attention will be paid to your enquiry.

2) Does the price vary if buying more than one item?

Answer:
All prices quoted are for a one off item, ex Perth, Western Australia. Volume purchases will be referred to a specialised sales consultant.

3) Do you have any of your Eco products on display?

Answer:
We currently have a display village located in Broome, Western Australia. This consists of the Eco Kit Tent, Eco Kit Cabin and the Eco Kit Villa and may be viewed by anyone interested. Please contact us for further details. Our products can also be viewed at any of our client's properties.

4) Do you have a brochure?

Answer:
We post all our information on our website. However if you wish to download a brochure, simply go to the BROCHURE page and follow the instructions.

5) What sizes do your ECO products come in?

Answer:
All units are set modular sizes. Modules can be used together to create your own personalized requirements.

6) Are your Eco products built to meet relevant building standards?

Answer:
Yes

7) Do I need a building permit to erect an Eco Kit Tent in my backyard?

Answer: It is the client’s responsibility to confirm and check on their local Shire Regulations. As a guide, the Broome Shire would require a building application to be submitted. The Broome Shire would then approve the structure under a Class 10.A. (non-habitable) structure, similar to a pergola, patio or shed.
It will be up to the individual purchaser to organize their own building permits.

8) How do your Eco products stand up to weather conditions?

Answer:
The structural framing elements are certified to meet the ‘Structural Performance’ requirements of the Building Code of Australia and are suitable for use up to and including Cyclonic Wind Region ‘D’. All components are made from the highest quality materials and all exterior components are UV stabilized for longevity.

9) Can rainwater be harvested from your Eco structures?

Answer:
Yes, this is possible but it depends on the product design, as some designs are more practical for harvesting water and others less so. Harvesting rainwater is entirely at the purchases own discretion.

10) How long do the Eco products last?

Answer:
Our Eco products are manufactured to the highest quality for longevity. Individual parts can be replaced if required.

11) Do you provide any Ancillary products like Power, Water and Waste Management?

Answer:
We recommend customers evaluate their own options available to them locally. Our Help Desk can advise on preferred options based on Australian conditions only.

13) Do you keep stock of your Eco products?

Answer:
At times we may carry some units, but primarily all orders are a 90 day lead time. Spare parts, if ever required, are available.

14) Once I place my order, how long will it be until it arrives?

Answer:
Transport times may vary depending on the desired destination. On average, it takes between 30 and 45 days to ship your order via ocean freight to a country outside of Australia, and about 10 days to transport from Perth to the Eastern States by road. We also do offer airfreight, which is significantly faster but more expensive. All of our Basic Kits for each product are available from our warehouse in Perth and can be dispatched within a few days but keep in mind depending on extra options selected and the quantity ordered this may take longer.

15) What is the ordering process for the Eco products?

Answer:
Once you have decided what and how many of our Eco products you require, payment terms are 50% at the time of placing the order. The balance is due prior to delivery. All orders are processed into production after the initial deposit.

16) Do you provide a warranty period?

Answer:
There is a 20 year warranty on all structural elements subject to normal maintenance being carried out.

17) Can you assist in the assembly of your Eco product?

Answer:
Our products are designed to be easily assembled by the purchaser (see the INSTALLATION page for details). However we will be happy to provide a quote on the site works and installation if required.

18) Can you come and do a site inspection?
Answer:
Yes, we can do this at the customer’s request. Please contact us for more details.

19) How long do your Eco products take to construct?

Answer:
That all depends on which product. Our experience with the Eco Kit Tent indicates that each unit can be erected in two days by two men and the Eco Cabin one week by two men.

20) Can anyone construct these Eco products?

Answer:
The simplicity of some of our Eco products design minimizes the need for skilled labor for the erection and installation of the base units. We will provide you with all the instructions needed.  Our INSTALLATION page provides more information on the erection of our ESA products.

21) Can your Eco products be built on any surface including sloping ground?

Answer:
Yes, our products small ‘building footprint’ require minimal excavation and disruption to the natural environment, enabling flora and fauna to coexist uninhibited below the structure. The footings can also be counter-levered to allow for building on sloping surfaces.

22) Can your Eco products be taken down easily?

Answer:
Yes, our modular kit system allows our Eco products to be disassembled and re-erected in a new location with minimal construction time and wastage.

23) Do you make custom Eco products?

Answer:
As mentioned all our Eco products are based on set modular sizes. However having the ability to join Eco products together, as well as being able to mix and match different modules, makes it very easy for the purchaser to customize and achieve exactly what they are looking for.

24) Can standard designs be customised?

Answer:
With our Custom Orb you may choose from any Colorbond colour you prefer. Our Eco Kit Tents primarily come in the standard light sand canvas colour. The option for customised colors will be subject to a minimum order. However time frames and price may vary accordingly.
