Product - Eco Kit Villa Module
The Eco Kit Villa Module is available in 5 standard sizes and formats, 4.2m2, 6.3m2, 7.4m2, 8.4m2, and 10m2, single room with two 1.8m deep veranda decks.
Eco Kit Villa Modules are primarily supplied as flat packed basic structural steel kits. Structural steel-internal & external flooring-two 1.8m verandas. Supply is started in this concept as we have generally found clients can save capital & freight costs by sourcing windows-doors cladding etc locally however full supply to a lock up stage is available-No electrical-plumbing-paint.

Variations in floor layouts can include semi enclosed bedrooms and split or duplex style accommodation, as the floor plans for the Apartment and Split illustrate. Eco modules are engineered as stand alone structures. You can join Eco module via hall-walk-breeze ways or at the eave line with a box gutter creating your own unique design.

Energy Efficiency
The Eco Kit Villa Module has been designed for you to achieve any “R” insulation requirement you wish to achieve as simply as the type & thermal rating of insulation you choose as prescribed under the Building Codes of Australia’s Energy Efficiency Requirements. Energy co-efficiency requirements are aided by the huge 1.8m eave overhang.
Modularity
Modular component design ensures flexibility in layout and design as Eco modules are engineered as open planned structures. You can choose to leave Eco modules as an open planned structure or divide the internal space into any sized rooms required. The structural engineering integrity is in the exterior walls and if any internal walls are required they would be non load bearing.
